Dave White joined Born Free’s Co-Founder and Executive President, Will Travers OBE. Together, they shared their passion for wildlife conservation and inspiring people to protect the natural world with a special exhibition evening at Clarendon Fine Art in Cheltenham.
A highlight of the evening was the unveiling of a stunning embellished limited edition tiger artwork by Dave White, enhanced with diamond dust and exclusively offered for the event. This piece was auctioned during the evening, raising an incredible £5,000. Every penny from this generous winning bid will directly support Born Free’s conservation work in India, helping to protect wild tigers and support local communities.
Born Free also benefitted on the night from a percentage of all artwork sales, generously donated by Clarendon Fine Art, and demonstrating how businesses, artists and wildlife organisations can work together to make a tangible difference for wild animals. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Alex, Rebecca, and the Clarendon Fine Art team for hosting such a wonderful evening.
The money raised will help fund Born Free’s work not only in India, but across the globe, where we work with local communities to reduce human-wildlife conflict, protect vital habitats, and rescue and care for vulnerable wild animals in need. By supporting Born Free, we can all help to ensure a future where wildlife stays where it belongs, in the wild.
Will Travers OBE concluded: “The world is full of talented people, in the arts, in sport, in business and more. If we all pull together and contribute what we do best, then, like Dave White, together we can make a massive difference.”
